Lives not Knives
Eliza Rebeiro was just 14 when she launched Lives Not Knives (LNK), the charity combatting knife culture and youth violence. Based in Croydon, LNK works with young people up to the age of 24 and aims to equip them with the necessary education, training and eventually employment to keep them out of trouble. Having lost friends to knife violence, Rebeiro is committed to preventing more young Londoners from experiencing something similar. She firmly believes that the future is bright for young people, providing they have access to the right mentors and resources.
