Cream of the Crop
Wavemaker is a media agency with a strong track record of sending young talent to Cannes. Rhiannon Dodds and Laurel Buchanan are the brilliant and savvy young minds representing the agency at Cannes Lions this year. Through their practical pitch tactics, hard work and creatively sharp brief response in an internal Wavemaker competition (similar to the Young Lions), appropriately titled Cream of the Crop, they found themselves at their first Cannes Lions this year. According to them, being at Cannes means experiencing a kind of exposure and inspiration that they otherwise would never have elsewhere.
