Hello, Jamaica

Pitch your TV show for Pitch TV and say hello to Jamaica.

You be the star.

Pitch TV is a new channel launching on The Pitch Fanzine platform in the New Year.

Pitch your TV show: 15- or 30-minute documentaries, short films, and behind-the-scenes stories of your productions, and share your craft with The Pitch Fanzine’s creative community and Jamaica.

Open to The Pitch Fanzine’s Editorial Partners, who will be invited to pitch on our Free Jamaica and free the world 100 moving image projects I will commission from 2024 to collaborate on, together.

Ten shows will be commissioned each year for Pitch TV.

Each show will be promoted for one month on Pitch TV and then shared on our Previous Shows page for one year on The Pitch Fanzine platform.

Further promotions will be in our Wednesdays at 2:30pm Newsletter, socials, and in our new end-of-year special issue, Pitch Creative People, launching December 2024.

Pitch TV brand partners:

The Pitch Fanzine media will collaborate on the production, post, marketing, and promotional strategy with brand partners, who are doing good.

For your pitch:

Please prepare a two-page pitch deck: One page with a maximum of 500 words on your idea, and the other page of visual references.

Our mission is to share knowledge, uplift, and inspire the Jamaican people, and new talent entering our industries, through our creative projects, initiatives, and campaigns.

Each production will be an opportunity to collaborate in-person and online with the Jamaican people and The Pitch Fanzine’s creative community through the use of modern technology including AI.

Please include an online and in-person production training and mentorship program you will put in place for your productions.

You will have 15 minutes to pitch your TV show idea in a Zoom call.

The first round will be in January 2024.

Please share a 50-word synopsis of your idea by the 10th of December 2023, and I will be in touch on the next steps.
